Many people suffer from anxiety about their health. You might be called a hypochondriac, you might be called a worrier, but I am not here to call names. This blog is an attempt to collect practical and scientific-based information and resources about hypochondria. My aim is not to treat or advise but to provide those who suffer from illness worry with more information with which to equip themselves. Hopefully this site will offer support and inspiration!
